Theresa Wetzel1st Grade Teacher

Theresa Wetzel teaches 1st grade at Mauldin Christian Academy and has been here since 2011. She has a B.S. in Elementary Education from Bob Jones University.  She is certified in Early Education and Elementary Education.  She is CPR and First Aid certified.  She was IACS Teacher of the Year in 2006.

She states "As a Christian educator I desire for my students to accept the Lord as their Savior at an early age and for each student to grow  spiritually as well as intellectually and socially."

Mrs. Wetzel has been married for 27 years and have four children.  She taught 3rd grade for 2 years and K5 for 8 years at Marquette Manor Baptist Academy in Illinois.
